Shipping policy
- The standard delivery time for any order is 3-5 business days. Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery can take longer in certain unforeseen situations like lockdowns, natural disasters, etc.
- Most of the products are ready to ship and are dispatched with 1-3 days after the order is placed. In case of bulk orders, the dispatch and delivery time will depend on the volume and nature of the order and will be communicated to you.
- We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 900 and charge INR 100 for COD orders.
- Once the order is dispatched, customer will be notified about the order status and tracking link on SMS and email from time to time till the order is delivered.
- In case of return/exchange, our delivery partners will pick the order from your place within 1-3 business days after the return/exchange order is placed.
- We are unable to ship to certain pin codes. A customer can only place an order after verifying that the delivery pin code is in our serviceable area.
